    If you believe chocolate and distilled spirits are among the necessities of life, your day has come. The first Chocolate Wine & Shine Festival takes place on Saturday, July 10. Sample an incredible variety of fine chocolates, distilled spirits, and wines from around the state. General admission, which includes entry and a commemorative glass, is $40. VIP tickets for $75 feature added perks such as early access, private tastings, and concierge service. There will be two three-hour sessions at noon and 6 p.m. Guests must be 21 or older to attend.
