Alegria and Marion Ohlinger, husband-and-wife owners of Hill & Hollow, truly embrace the philosophy of, "think global, act local." He has created a menu that blends an international influence with high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients. Customers love the Brazilian-cut loin steak and spaghetti squash lasagna.
