Buyers and sellers of Morgantown homes for sale have a wonderful new resource as Heritage Real Estate recently celebrated the grand opening of our new Morgantown office. Approximately 200 people came from as far as Wheeling and Pittsburgh to congratulate us and join in the festivities at Coopers Rock Convention Room in the Loft Office & Conference Center.
Morgantown Area Partnership Board and other city dignitaries provided the perfect ceremonial touch by officially cutting the red ribbon with a giant pair of scissors. The group also presented us with a stunning plaque welcoming Heritage Real Estate to Morgantown.
While Heritage Real Estate has been supporting the Morgantown market for the last three years, we're eagerly anticipating the opportunity to provide even more in-depth service from our stylish office in the Bowles Rice Building.

Reiner Hill Farms, located in Morgantown, created a beautiful fall theme with local flowers and gourds, decorations, table settings, and catering. Most of the food and beverages were sourced from local vendors, including:
One of the big hits was the pepperoni rolls from Little Red Hen Bakery in Fairmont. Pepperoni rolls are a true West Virginia original, first developed by Italian women whose husbands worked in the nearby coal mines. Little Red Hen Bakery also provided a discount to help benefit Ronald McDonald House.
Impressive artwork was provided by Wildflower Studio and Backwoods Traveler, who created an appropriate "West Virginia Almost Heaven" sign. Live music from local area guitarist and flutist Wes Hager added an elegant touch to the proceedings that received much applause.
Heritage Real Estate also took the opportunity to support the local Ronald McDonald House, and its valuable work housing families of children who need medical care. We donated three West Virginia-themed gift baskets, generously filled by Slight Indulgence and Hoot & Howl, that were auctioned off. Thanks to the auction along with a 50-50 drawing, the evening raised $800 for Ronald McDonald House.

We're proud to make our new Morgantown home in the Loft Office & Conference Center. Owners Gina Johnson and Michael Swisher's stylish and modern space in Granville Square at University Town Centre has been a tremendous asset to the business landscape in Morgantown.
The Loft Office & Conference Center lets us offer elite customer service with a smaller, more responsible footprint through the contemporary and efficient trend of shared office space. In addition to easy freeway access, the office has ample parking and room for expansion.
